Storm Damage to Roof in Dallas, TX

Heavy thunderstorms caused roof damage, which soaked the garage, in this Dallas, TX home. All ceiling drywall, and insulation had to be removed in the garage to allow the structural wood of the garage to dry out completely, before drywall repair could be done. SERVPRO of Metrocrest was on site for the cleanup 35 minutes after receiving the call from our customer, and got to work immediately. The customer was thrilled with the quick response, and the 4 day dry out of their entire affected home. SERVPRO also dried all garage contents in place with dehumidifiers and air movers, so a packout was not necessary.
