Sewage Cleanup in Dallas, TX

The toilet had backed up in this Dallas, TX home.  The flooding continued running through a majority of the rooms in the home. Due to the type of water, category 3 black water, all flooring had to be removed and all subfloor had to be treated with an antimicrobial solution.  Many of the contents in the affected areas were wet, as well. There was a lot of heavy furniture items that had to be relocated for flooring to be dried, including a rather large home gym. SERVPRO of Metrocrest arrived on-site within 30 minutes of being called with the water damage loss, and had everything dried and cleaned within 5 days from the initial call. The customer was very happy when everything was dried, so they could pick out their brand new flooring.
