A water heater leaked all weekend

A water heater in commercial building in Coppell, Tx leaked all weekend. When they noticed Monday morning they quickly called SERVPRO of Metrocrest. We hurried to the site of the water damage in order to prevent any more damage from happening. Our team did a wonderful job for this commercial building owner.  With our quick response time, our team was able to devise a mitigation plan then enforce that plan which saved the carpet in this building.  As you can see in the before picture, the carpet was saturated with water.  In the after picture, you can see how the carpet is dry and looks much better than when it was saturated.
