Water Damage in a pier and beam foundation home

Here in the Dallas, TX area it is not uncommon to see pier and beam foundation homes. This photo shows a water leak that started in the kitchen that went through the tile to their subfloor. We were able to crawl in their crawl space and see the damage. Within an hour of the call SERVPRO of Metrocrest arrived and began the restoratoration process.  The owner was pleased with our quick response and how well we were able to dry the structure.
